For many organic farmers, farming or gardening is a passion. We feel a connection to the earth, and we believe it has become a moral duty to protect and provide for her. Apart from the spiritual filiation apparently, it's just fun to be playing in the sun in the earth and watching things grow - I never dreamed I do until my wife introduced me Pamela to organic gardening as a way to help feed our menagerie of exotic animals and helps distract me from my hectic life of the company.
Those who take up organic gardening often have no idea where to buy supplies, for example. They do not know what products they need to feed the soil or pest control. May they not known how water supply or follow composting their kitchen gardens. They need more of an organic garden tips and ideas. Many will need hand-helding through their first step in organic gardening.
Imagine growing a beautiful garden or orchids, or other plants and be the envy of all your neighbors:)
Here are just a few tips to help you get started in the right direction with organic gardening:
- First, you must choose what you grow up and decide how much you'll need to plant according to your needs or sales targets. Without knowing what you want to put in your basement, you can not start organic gardening.
- Second, you need to keep the soil healthy. Healthy soil produces healthy plants. Plant health, such as human health, are better able to resist the disease.
- Use ladybugs. Yes, ladybugs (or ladybirds as they are called). These small insects pretty bright red with black spots and control aphids naturally. You can order them from several locations on the organic garden of the Internet. Until they arrive, each spray aphid-infested plants well watered with soapy water and rinse with clear water.
- You will also need to know how to make compost. Make compost of the lazy, by mixing the leaves, lawn clippings and kitchen waste. Then just leave it until it is ready. Nature's recyclers take the organic matter, no matter how it is presented and turn it into a rich, beautiful dark compost.
These are just a few tips that took the Organic Gardening, my "bible" for organic gardening.
